Through conversation
We put into words what is alive. What you say to each other, and what you haven’t said for a long time. What unconscious beliefs exist and how they influence you and your relationship.

Through the body
Tension that has built up over years is held not only in the mind but also in the body. This is also part of my work. The body reveals what the mind does not understand. We always work at your pace.

Through what has been carried
Sometimes we repeat patterns that we did not create ourselves—those of our parents or grandparents. In constellation work, we make these visible so they can finally find their place.
